1. Backbone organization and operations
2. Common agenda definition
3. Shared measures
4. Mutually reinforcing activities
   1. Agendas for our monthly collective impact meetings
   2. Working group project status and next steps
5. Transparent communications

This week we will discuss the following additional items:

• How should R3V use the additional OCF grant of $70,000 for 2022?
• How should R3V relate to ad hoc project opportunities and the larger strategic opportunities we pursue?
• What role should R3V take on in capturing lessons learned from our first year of reovery for citizens, community, jurisdictions, state, FEMA?
• Who else should we invite to our Community Rebuilding working group?  How to move from advocacy toward inquiry?
